SHIPPING INFORMATION

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@vorenne.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

DAMAGES

Vorenne is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
